|"Jin Jun Mei" is a branch of black tea "Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong", it was newly developed in 2005. The shape of Jin Jun Mei is small and tight, black part of tea is shiny and solid; the higher the grade, the more golden part of leaves. High grade Jin Jun Mei has a delicate floral aroma, after brewing the tea soup is full of dacing tea fluff and has the bright golden color.
Jin Jun Mei is precious, because the whole process is handmade by the tea master, every 500g Jin Jun Mei needs tens of thousands of fresh tea buds. The tea leaves are harvested in Wu Yi Mountain Nature Reserve.
1. Every 6g of tea can be brewed at least 10 times in 0,5 liter teapot, every time after brewing can leave a little tea soup in the pot as "tea base" for the next time.
2. "Wake up" the tea by gently pouring 80-90C water along the teapot wall, not directly brewing onto tea leaves; every time of brewing better be half minute longer than the previous one.
